Article: Coincidences, Portrayals, and Armed Statues

2nd May 2010

As promised I have wrote a second part to the "Police, Models and Highway Pursuits". Like the original this article looks at the Tomb Raider series and picks out some of the funniest or interesting moments since it's birth in 1996. Last time there was police catching 'armed' cosplayers, life sized Lara being impounded, interviewers not knowing where to draw the line and Jolie's continuing portrayal of the video game heroine. The last article was alot of fun to write and I hope you enjoy this one too.

Megan Fox was asked to star as Lara in the third movie. Very little has been released so far, the main focus is on who will be replacing Angelina Jolie as we know that the origin movie demands a new actress as the lead role. While being asked, Megan was busy filming Transformers 2. Like the Wonderwomen role she declined, because she didn't want to be compared with Angelina Jolie. What I found quite amusing is one of her outfits in a scene that he wore after. Vest, shorts, boots, with her hair tied back and a big belt...Sound familiar. You can view the photo HERE, the link will redirect you to The Sun with a photo of Megan Fox in her outfit.
